Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the KCOHL will be held on Monday June 12th at 7:30 PM. At the Heidout Restaurant & Brew house. Baker Street Cranbrook. All league members from the 2016-2017 season are strongly urged to attend. This AGM will see an election of a new executive. Positions available: - President (1 position 2 year term)
- Vice President (1 Position 2 year term)
- Treasurer (1 Position 2 year term)
- Secretary (1 position 2 year term)
- Past President (acclaimed 1 year term)
The qualifications are minimal. Nominations for these positions will be taken from the floor. Voting by secret ballot It has been a wonderful 4 years however I will not be running again for an active role on the executive. The people selected at this meeting will take over the reins of running the league. Without an executive the league will not be able to function. Therefore its is important that all members attend the meeting. Jonathan Butt President KCOHL
